Let's reframe YOUR argument...
You want to steal more tax payer money, while your student base and therefore funding increases each year, but no regard at all has gone to a basic need like student parking (and yes, the "everyone should carpool" response is like telling someone to cut off their leg if they have a knee problem). It's time to stop the eodipus complex and work on real problems, not fanagle more money out of hard working Santa Barbarans while spending even more money to do it!
