The author, William Clarke, has written other books about the Romanov's wealth as well.
The one thing thaa strikes me about the description is the last sentence about Grand Duke Andrew's lost bank account being claimed by his descendants. Grand Duke Andrew doesn't have any descendants. His only acknowledged son died childless in 1974. Perhaps they are confusing heirs with descendants?
