Jacques Ferrand wrote a wonderful book on this very topic: Descendances Naturelles des Souverains et Grand-Ducs de Russie de 1762 a 1910
I am working to update those lines that descend from Nicholas I for my newest book, due out (I hope) next year: Romanovs in the 21st Century
