There was an advertisment supplement to a business paper the other day for a famous brand of vodka. There is a full page picture of a couple purporting to be Tsar Nicholas II and Tsarina Alexandra, but obviously from a film. It is obviously at a formal reception (tiara, trains, veils and orders). It is clearly not from 'Nicholas and Alexandra'. Not much to go on as I dont have a scanner, but any ideas what film it could be from? The picture is in black and white but apperas to be from the 40's or 50's
Any idea?
