It's good news but I do wonder if this means that compensation can now be claimed for the loss of lives and property by the late Czar's next of kin?
If so,who would be considered his next of kin...the descendants of his two sisters,Grand Duchesses Xenia and Olga or would Grand Duchess Maria as current Head of the Romanov family be entitled to claim as well?
I can see yet another potential can of worms being opened.As if anymore were needed!
