I understand that this is a normal side effect during the first few cycles of revlimid. After the first cycle my husband's counts all went to normal including his red, white and platelets. His dosage was also lowered to 5mg which he also takes for three weeks and then off a week. Hope you do as great as he has. See Revlimid 5q in this forum.
