Even if lists of this sort didn't lend themselves to caveats, I'm a caveator. It's not very attractive, but that's neither here nor there.
I like the open versions (i.e. not private emails back and forth) with interesting bits in them. or even less-interesting bits so long as they are written by interesting people.
I can agree with 18 and 24 on your list entirely, and I can partially agree with many of the others. However, there is often more than one criterion per number and so I am left unable to concur entirely.
