I have a question about a certain area of the rules.
Novice Division
"Equipment allowed - A flat buckle , loose fitting choke, prong, and harness."
i am not one to rock the boat and if that is waht you ment to put in the rules so be it. I am just sking about the prong collar part of this. Just wondering if that was an oversight?
