Omits almost all final sounds

I am seeing an almost 4-year-old preschooler who is very verbal but has unintelligible speech. She speaks in sentences, and with inflection, but leaves off the final consonants in all her words. She responds well to visual cues but often struggles with correct placement (sometimes due to decreased attention to models and cues). Can she be apraxic and yet so verbal, if you know what I mean? We have been working on functional words and short phrases that are centered around motivating activities (e.g., "I cut/pick/eat", etc.). I've been exploring the Moving Across Syllables approach and considering Kaufman. Any thoughts on this?
