Definitely don't schedule them. I agree with the other post that you need to get the master schedule and then find out what times are available for each grade level (they are usually the same). After that, schedule each individual classroom beyond those parameters (maybe T/R is better for Mrs. Smith b/c they don't have a special that day etc.). I usually pull during social studies or enrichment (depending on what they are doing).
