I agree with Kj. I worked in the schools for 13 years. Get the master schedule so you know when each grade level is doing lunch, recess, specials and math and reading blocks. Once you know what to avoid, you can start pulling in grade levels into certain time slots. Try to group kids with similar goals even if it means combining to similar grades such as Kdg and lst together. If you spend a lot of time on a schedule at first, it makes the whole year better.
