We've been doing this for about 6 years in my district. We have a peer coach that does observations and evaluations. It's designed to help you reflect on why you do what you do and is not punitive , meaning you'd have to be doing almost nothing not to get your bonus money! They have different rubrics for different jobs in the district. They look at the therapist/ consultant rubric for the SLPs.
