I usually start by loading a bag with a bunch of one common object (ex. toy cars), then add other common objects(ex. a book, a dog, a marker). We pull one item from the bag and sing, "Is it a car?, if it is we sing "yes, yes, it is a car" if not, we sing, "no, no, it's NOT a car."I usually also use visuals and point to yes/no as we sing.
