I would use the Lidcombe program. These are stutters and should be treated at such. In relation to 'pin pointing' a particular instance, I would have Mo. take several recorded conversational samples then identify the segments and have Mo. listen to these so she too can identify these and is easily able to detect these within the record sample. Then step Mo. up to identifying these outside the recordings. Next I would encourage Mo. to rate these using the SR scale and launch into the LP. Goodluck
