kindergarten recommendation for speech

I have a few kiddos on my caseload that will be heading to kindergarten this fall. I work in a private setting and the parents have expressed their concern for continued speech therapy services through the school once they start kindergarten. They have asked me to write a letter of recommendation to the school for a speech eval, to expedite the 60 day process once school starts. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should include in this letter? I have not written one of these in the past. Any input would be beneficial! Thank you!
