I'll add wind up toys, play doh, Kid's Express Train KET sets (music and visuals), lift the flap books like Where's Spot, for the language kids.
If it's mostly artic and fluency, You can probably use a lot of what you'd use with a kindergartener. Magnetic Playsets are fun, fishing rod made from a dowel, string, and magnet to fish for cards with paperclips attached, simple preschool games, etc.
