I like to use the book Mouse's First Spring. It has many springtime vocabulary words and prepositions. I use props of the targeted vocabulary words and kids get to take turns putting the creatures in, on, under, etc. grass, dirt, flowers, etc. The problem is that most bookstores don't sell the book. I ordered it from Amazon for a few pennies. The book Something is Coming is also fun. It is about the different animals that come out in the spring. This book is out of print but you might find it used on Amazon.
