For single sounds: Hold a clock/watch and say /t/ /t/ while moving it back and forth; get a toy snake and say /s/ /s/ while moving it back and forth; get a toy bee and say /z/ /z/; get the toy blocks that fit together and pull apart while saying /p/ /p/, or hold a cotton ball in your hand and say /p/ /p/ to blow it off; move a toy boat and say /b/ /b/ /b/; etc. For words:You could play with bubbles and say "pop" while popping them; use a sliding board for a doll house and say "whee" while sliding a toy figure down; say "in" while putting objects in a can orjar; say "up" while putting one block on top of another; say 'zip" while moving a crayon or marker on paper, etc. Using sign language also helps: have the child sign "more" to get a puzzle piece, etc. Hope this helps.
