Go to functional communication goals of "X will make choices of pictures or materials by pointing, reaching or word approximations." Or "using a total communication approach, including signs, words or word approximations, X will make simple requests (for more, to be done, for help) When you make your goal broad like this it is harder to measure--you may wish to split it into 2 goals: signs/ words. How is her receptive language? You may want to write some goals on identifying pictures, concepts, colors shapes etc. Is she coming to your preschool? You may wish to begin some "group participation" goals, like imitating a fingerplay. Good luck!!
