backing--use a cycles approach?

I have a child that used to back all consonants...we have had success w/ b,p,m, and f but he still backs-t,d,s,and every other consonant...obviously k and g are intact. Should I do cycles w/ him and where do i start? i downloaded all of Dawn's program
