Are you sure he wasn't doing that prior to having his teeth pulled? I have had a lot of children that are partial to /h/ that are phonological, which is sounds like this child is. You need to look into Hodson's Cycles. Go here for my outline on the approach and you can read the post above as well. Be sure to download the Cycles Guidelines as it will help you to know which processes to look at first and where to begin. You will consider syllables, final consonants, /f/, s-clusters, /k/, /g/, and /l/ and /r/.
