I have a client who is 3 years old and is missing all four of his front teeth, they were pulled due to cavities. He now uses a distorted /h/ for most of his initial and final sounds. He also has inconsistent deletion of medial and final sounds.
I inherited his IEP and the goal sounds are f, s, sh, and final consonants.
Where should I even begin??
He won't be getting new teeth until they grow in when he is at least 7. I am new at this! PLEASE HELP!!!
