I don't know of a particular program, but I'm currently reading Therapy Techniques for Cleft Palate Speech and Related Disorders by Karen J Golding-Kushner, and it's super helpful. I work in an elementary school, and I inherited a 3rd grade student with a repaired bilateral cleft. he is only my 2nd student w/ a cleft palate in the 8 years that I've been a speech therapist. It almost walks you through different types of therapy. I highly recommend it!
