I have only been with my company for 1 year now and have just completed my CFY. I plan to ask for a raise when I receive my official CCC-SLP status, as I was getting a lower hourly rate due to being a CFY, but I'm not sure if yearly raises are typical otherwise. I know that the other CCC-SLPs who have been with my company for several years have not received any raises...although they haven't asked for any either. Hope that helps!
