Do those of you working in EI receive raises every year? I have been doing EI full time with the same company for two years and am wondering if it's ok to approach them for a slight increase in pay. It's been two years and they've never mentioned resigning a contract or anything. The state is having major budget issues right now, so it may not be the best time, but I think I should be getting small incremental raises each year. Just curious what your experiences have been.
