I have a 3 1/2 year old client who was language delayed and exhibits a variety of articulation errors, making her speech very unintelligible. She was fronting her velars and now that she has improved and is able to produce her velars in words and phrases, she is now backing her alveolars. I was using the cycles approach with her, but now am not sure where to go. Has anyone had this happen before? What step should I take next? Thanks for any input!
