I'm working w/ some 3-4 year olds on FCD..do you work on certain/developmental sounds at the ends of words (like d, t, or n) each session? How do you work on FCD?
Also, one of the children mentioned above doesn't seem to see the connection (of adding final sounds). I tried the minimal pair eye/ice to help her out. She understands the concept that you don't put an eye in your drink, but can't add that final sound without maximum cues. I'm also sliding my finger on the table and tapping her arm for the end sound. She still doesn't seem to get it. Help!!
