Hi fellow SLPs. If a 4 yr old male preschooler has a crossbite and has difficulty producing sounds because of it, should he be provided artic therapy in the school setting? My thinking is that he should see the dentist first. Mother is high profile and I want to be careful on this one. If anyone has any resources or answers I would be very appreciative. Thanks all.
