Has anyone used this with preschoolers?

I went to a conference last spring and attended a session by Dr. A Lynn Williams--"Updates in Treating Speech Disorders in Children"; she highlighted her "SCIP program" (Sound Contrasts In Phonology). It was interesting but seemed to be used with a bit older kids than preschoolers. Anyone out there ever use this approach or have any input about it? Thanks.
