Hi,
I privately see a student with Autism who just turned 5. One of his goals is for requesting help and objects. He does not like arts/crafts activities and likes more interactive games. I've done "sabotage" where he needs to request game pieces or request help setting the game up. I've also used Mr. Potato head with picture icons to request the objects. He usually has snack before I've gotten there so we haven't practiced requesting snack (however he is reported to be doing that at school). Does anyone have suggestions for other activities to work on requesting help or objects? Thanks!
