Unintelligible speech in preschoolers

Hello,

I am working with lots of children with various phonological issues that are severely impacting their speech intelligibility. I am having trouble deciding where to begin! Can anyone tell me the approach they take with preschoolers and unintelligible speech/phonological processes?
