IMO age 2 is too young to dx this. I think dx a young child with a neurological disorder that actually does NOT have any type of standard set of criteria (There is no agreed set of criteria to describe Apraxia) is unethical. Most of what I have read is you could say "suspected AOS" but I personally wouldn't even do that at this age.
In your therapy with this child, how would a dx of Apraxia benefit the child? What would change regarding how you service the child? Do you need to say apraxia in order to change/alter the way you do therapy?
