I have a 3 yr. old that deletes the medial sound in words like funny ("pu i") and reading ("wee in"), but can say the sounds in isolation and other word positions. He says the syllables, though. He is able to say it when I break up the words, with multiple cues. Is this considered a process? Any other ideas? Thanks..
