targeting goals in a group

I am an elementary school slp who is, this year, working at a Head Start w/ a caseload of 7..I haven't worked w/ the pre-k population in a few years. How do you target each one's goal when they're working on such different things? Do you do 'round robin'? I have to bill medicaid so unfortunately, data for each child, each session, is essential.
