I would also love to have a copy of that "I" book. Thanks in advance 
I had a boy who was constantly using "me" instead of "I" as well and we decided to give him a visual cue. We used a googly eye and glued it to a tongue depressor and used that as his visual cue and when he used "me" I would flash that reminder and he would adjust his productions. For a little girl she decided that she wanted to use a pipe cleaner with a googly eye glued to it and made a bracelet as a reminder. These worked wonderfully and the kids LOVED them. Both of them were using "I" consistently within a month
