Ideas for articulation/phonology tx - 2years; 8month boy

Hi, I'm an SLPA and I have a 2yr; 8 month old boy with an articulation/phonology disorder. His goals include suppressing fronting of /k/ and /g/ and final consonant deletion. He's also working on /f/ and /v/ sounds. He has mastered /f/ but devoices /v/. I would really appreciate any ideas for targeting these goals (especially the fronting goal) because I'm running out of ideas and he won't even allow me in his mouth to help shape the sounds.
