You have to have control of the kids. Lesson #1!
After that, you can take turns with their language goals so you can keep data on them. Counting bears are great for them to play with as they keep them all engaged and you can use them for Basic Concepts. Keep it simple, but structured so you can get your data and they learn the language concepts you need.
