I read this idea on Speaking of Speech a few months ago and it works!! I also work with preschoolers who just can't get the "I" vs. "me" down correctly. I finally took actual photographs of a little boy doing clean up, eating snack, playing with blocks, etc. I put the pictures in a little photo album and every day we looked at the pictures and I had him model after me, "I eat snack. I am cleaning up. I am playing., etc." He eventually got the idea that when he talks about himself he must use "I". Hope that helps!!!!
