Need ideas for "I"!

I work in a preschool and I have 2 children who do not use "I"

The child who is apraxic uses the typical me/I...but we have been working on it FOREVER and Mom corrects him constantly but still he uses "me" instead of I...he actually used I the other day when he should have used "me".aargh!

The other child speak French as her first language and uses my/I..in English which causes a lot of intelligibility issues.

I need ideas to work on this
