Hi. I think I'd be concerned about this. If you have the opportunity, observe a feed, look for any other asymmetries of movement or sensation. If you haven't the experience to be doing further assessment, I suggest looking for someone in your area who works with babies around feeding - while currently there are no difficulties with liquids difficulties may emerge with transition to solids. I would suggest getting a referral to a paediatrician - there may be something structural or neurological going on. It certainly bears further investigation.
