Looks like this child cannot coordinate voicing with breath. Have him sing! Pick him up and dance him around until he begins to vocalize. Start small and build a rapport. Use physical activity like jumping and voicing. HAve him try to use a kazoo. He will need time and will just blow the kazoo at first. You must develop his voltional control of voicing so reinforce any voicing with a reward (e.g. he voices-you blow a bubble). Shape reflexive voicing into voltional by tickling him when he laughs tell him, "You used your voice-great!!!. He seems to have very poor propreoception which also makes him tactically defensive (lips). Try the puppy game. He pretends to be a puppy and bites the face cloth and you pull it while he holds on with is teeth giving firm pressure (desensitizing) the mouth. Give oral input in funs ways
