Sounds like he's doing great with labelling - and so has a lot of nouns. are you also working on building up his repertoire of verbs and adjectives? You can then start making comparisons - does he want the BIG bear or the LITTLE bear etc. Other nice words to encourage two word phrases are more, my/your etc.
