I have a new client this semester who has autism. He was given the PLS at a local hospital and according to the report, he is in the 1st percentile and has severe expressive and moderate receptive language delays. I have no idea where to begin with him. When his language is so delayed, where should I begin? I need to do baseline testing soon and I feel unprepared to work with him. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!
