I did this last year and the parents were v. appreciative but I am reluctant this year. A colleague pointed out to me that if anything (God forbid) happened to the kid while he/she was with you, the school would not be liable. I may be a worrywart but it has me thinking. You may just decide to give the parents some homework and suggestions on how to help their kid at home instead. I know parents are always v. happy to get something to do. Hope this helps.
