Thank you all so much for the info. The eval was done at a private therapy center. I am going to call tomorrow and see if she qualifies for therapy and ask about the other eval that was suggested. I was looking at this further and it says she has a mild articulation impairment and a moderate phonological disorder. I can understand what she says all of the time, and she talks in full sentences, but I don't think others can understand her that well. Maybe 50% of the time.
She also had a audiology eval done which show a mild hearing loss in one ear, but fluid was suspected in both ears. The ENT wants to see her next week and he will decide if she needs tubes.
