Who did this eval? Was it the schools? Your child appears to have a phonological delay that the GFTA-2 does not test for as that test is for articulation. While some of the errors may be developmental, can you tell us how much a new listener understands her? If it's less than what Katie described, I would push for therapy and an evaluation to include phonology. Phonological delay is an entire sound system delay and has very different norms than an articulation delay. Unfortunately, the test they gave her is an articulation test and not a phonology test. It does however have sister test that will evaluate phonology and it is called the Kahn-Lewis. This child will most likely qualify where I work, but I would have picked a different test. If you believe she is in need of therapy, you may have to fight for it.
