end of year gifts?

I know this is the most trivial question, but I am a new therapist and don't know if I should give gifts to all of the children I see on the last day. I was thinking of getting cheap stuff at the dollar store and then having the kids pick out something from a bag. What does everyone do? Nothing? Gifts? Can someone give me advice? Thanks
