Some of the ones I use are "The Foot Book" by Dr. Seuss, "The Rainbow Fish", "Froggy Gets Dressed", "The Gruffalo" (mostly medial /f/). I can't remember off hand who the authors of the last 3 books are. As to websites, there aren't any that I've aware of. "Once Upon a Sound", which you can get from Super Duper, lists books that contain certain phonemes and it provides activites that go with those books. Hope this helps.
