I have a three year old on my caseload who is has very poor intelligibility. I decided to target bilabials with her, but I don;t know if this is necessarily a great place to start. She imitates them in the initial position, but won't do final or medial. Also, she doesn't use them at all in the intial position during spontaneous speech, except when saying "moo" or "pig". Any suggestions? Does this seem apraxic to you?
