Have you tried anything that could get her involved actively? I have some preschool kids who don't want to say or do anything, but after going to the Occupational/Physical therapy room and running and playing, they talk a little bit more. Maybe try some toys that vibrate and make noise. Even if she is unable to be very active, any sensory activity could possibly help! Good luck!
